There are 5 workouts each week. The workouts alternate between upper body & abs, booty build and lower body sculpt. The workouts are no longer than 30 minutes and are given to you in real-time workout videos so you can follow along from anywhere.
A set of dumbbells, a booty band and a yoga mat. For some exercises you need something to step up onto like a chair, bench or small table.
You can modify any of the recipes to suit your dietary preference by taking out any non-vegan produce and replacing it for a vegan alternative.
